At ISO Candles each soy candle is hand poured individually to create a truly unique and individual product. Erin believes candles are close to the heart because it’s something that makes a home feel like a home. Not just the scent, but the aroma, the warmth (literally and figuratively), that a candle gives just makes one feel comfortable and at ease. "ISO" has a two-fold meaning: first, "ISO" is a camera setting, representing her love for photography; and second, "ISO" stands for "In Search Of", representing her continual drive to search for new adventures in life! Feel the warmth with ISO Candles!

Tucked into a far corner of Northwest is DC’s very own chocolate factory. Harper Macaw is a chocolate factory, versus a chocolatier, as the factory takes cocoa beans and transforms them into chocolate whereas a chocolatier creates confections with pre-made chocolate. The complexity of chocolate has always fascinated founder Sarah. Her Brazilian background has a strong influence on the chocolate making process as they only source cocoa from three Brazilian farms. Harper Macaw, now operated by Matt and Sam, travels to all of their sources and purchases beans directly to ensure farms are fairly compensated for their extra attention to detail. Engage your sweet tooth with DC-made chocolate!

When we slow down and take care of ourselves and the environment, everyone wins. Illuminate your home with these tall soy candles!
